Second day Training experience

The continuation of training quite interesting, since I had an opportunity to practise on the blog knowing to operate different menu like Design which exposes me stats,comments,layout, template setting etc. The sub  topic on how to search, was also an interesting one since it added  more knowledge to me on knowing a good procedure of searching by considering important things in order to get the right information from internet, by searching things like street,population.

lastly, knowing how to link was the most interesting familiarity, then it was something which I had always admired to know ever  since I used them in the searching process from different articles and have been of helpful on making more followup on information.

The journalistic search via internet it imparted me with more skill on how I can assist my student on searching different articles and researches which will help them on their studies during research and assignment writing

First day Training experience

The training has been of interest since it has expose me to a wide introduction of internet background through passing through sites that changes the World as an insight for the internet development to present. The exposure to know how to open a blog as one of internet allowed me to join the world of bloggers one of the use of  internet.

The training has also introduced me to different statistics  on the use of the internet in relations to regions through which was so interesting to me, and hence took me  to realise different use of internet in the world wide then specif in Tanzania, The statistics gave me a broader picture to discover my position as lecturer to educate the young generation in the university to learn the use of internet to more educative websites for imparting knowledge rather than for leisure.

Generally the training was of interest since it has tried to cover the broader area of internet use and its background.

Personal Introduction

Hello!

I am Janeth Mushi, working with St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT) as an Assistant Lecture, I am a Masters holder  in Communication from Daystar University in Kenya. I  lecture  News writing for Print and News Editing and assisting on instructing students on hard news writing, editing process and newspaper production at undergraduate level.

Am attending the Internet training for journalism at (SAUT), Nyegezi Mwanza from Sept 7 to 10, 2016.

My expectation is to learn more on the internet searching.
